By booking a cleaning, requesting a quote, or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Services provided

Sunday House Cleaning provides residential cleaning services for homes in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and the surrounding area. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, short-term rental turnovers, and pet-friendly home cleaning. All services are performed in residential homes only. We do not clean offices, workspaces, or commercial properties.

The exact scope of work for each visit is determined by the service tier selected and any custom instructions you provide. We reserve the right to decline or modify bookings that fall outside our residential service area or scope.

Booking, scheduling & access to your home

Bookings can be made through our online booking system, by phone, or by email. To complete a cleaning, you must provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time. This may include being present, providing a key, a code, or other approved entry instructions.

If we are unable to access your home at the scheduled time, we may need to reschedule or charge a missed-appointment fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your access arrangements.

Pricing, quotes & payment terms

All prices displayed on our website, including starting prices, are estimates based on typical homes. Your final quote may vary depending on the size of your home, its condition, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, pets, special requests, and any add-on services.

We provide free, transparent quotes before scheduling. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at booking. We accept payment through our secure payment processor, and you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for completed services.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy

We understand plans change. We ask that you provide at least [Cancellation Window, e.g. 24–48 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within [Cancellation Window] of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If we need to reschedule due to severe weather, illness, or an emergency, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next available appointment.

Satisfaction guarantee terms

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within [Satisfaction Guarantee Window, e.g. 24 hours] of your service. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and, if needed, return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to areas included in your booked service tier and does not cover issues caused by pre-existing damage, items we were instructed not to touch, or conditions beyond our control.

Customer responsibilities

To help us deliver the best possible service, we ask that you:

• Provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time
• Secure valuables, important documents, firearms, and medications
• Keep pets in a safe area if needed, and disclose any pet-related concerns or hazards
• Inform us of any special conditions, allergies, or hazards in your home
• Ensure the home has electricity and running water for our team to work safely

Liability & limitations

We are fully insured and bonded, and we take great care in every home we clean. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, items that are not properly secured, or damage caused by defective or worn surfaces, fixtures, or appliances.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. If you believe something has been damaged during a cleaning, please notify us within [Claim Window, e.g. 24 hours] and we will investigate promptly.

Non-solicitation of staff

Our team members are valued employees or contractors of Sunday House Cleaning. By using our services, you agree not to directly hire, solicit, or employ our staff for personal or outside cleaning work during the term of our relationship and for a period of [Non-solicitation Period, e.g. 12 months] after the last service date.

Eco-friendly & pet-safe products

We proudly use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-safe cleaning products. If anyone in your household has allergies, sensitivities, or specific product preferences, please let us know before your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in Allen County, Indiana.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
